We offer full inventories as well as check-in or check-out services.

We understand the importance of protecting a property owner’s property and the importance of such an investment. We will make sure that any damage is noted and documented.

You can be assured of rigorous detail in all our reports, giving you a report which is both legal and impartial proving invaluable in making necessary deductions from deposits or in disputes. As standard we offer:

  • A comprehensive service: clear and extensive inventory reports which can include photographs should you wish.

  • A secure service: we use Adobe Acrobat to create PDF document files, which can be viewed, but not modified, ensuring that disputes are avoided. We can provide our Inventories in whatever format you require for storage (electronic and hard paper copy).

The Home Inventory for Either Insurance or Probate Purposes

A Home Inventory is a detailed catalogue of the personal property located in your home, garage and storerooms.

Most homes, insurance policies and estates are under valued, under insured, under protected and poorly documented. This service eliminates such worries.

There are many uses for such an Inventory although the main ones are:

Insurance Purposes – Either to catalogue the contents and value of your home to ensure you are not under insured or to assist enormously in the event of a claim. Especially in the case of fire or flooding.

Moving/relocation – We are often asked to catalogue contents prior to a move This proves useful both in the move itself but also provides a good opportunity for updating your insurance cover and value.

Estate Planning, Probate and Family Division – This service is very useful indeed in documenting an estate when preparing a will, for dividing up assets, for ensuring a fair and accurate Estate division.
It can help enormously at a time of great stress and upset.
This service provides a database and digital images on CD and full colour printed report. We can keep a second copy on file for you as a back-up and safe keeping should you wish.
